1Tablespoonroasted chicory root
2cupsfiltered water
1Tablespoongheecoconut butter or butter (if tolerated)
1Medjool datepitted
Fresh nutmegnot or powder
Instructions
Bring water to a boil, add chicory root and steep 10 minutes.
Strain and transfer to a blender.
Add the ghee (or any fat you decide to use) and the date. Blend for 1 minute at high speed.
