- 1 butter lettuce or collard green leaf
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon basil chopped
- 1 egg scrambled
- Small handful spinach
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
Smear lettuce or collard leaf with avocado
Sprinkle with chopped basil, salt & pepper
Add the scrambled egg and spinach
Fold in half to make a wrap
Enjoy!
