Ingredients

  • 1 butter lettuce or collard green leaf
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon basil chopped
  • 1 egg scrambled
  • Small handful spinach
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Smear lettuce or collard leaf with avocado
  • Sprinkle with chopped basil, salt & pepper
  • Add the scrambled egg and spinach
  • Fold in half to make a wrap
  • Enjoy!
