raw cashews

almond or coconut milk
unsweetened

vanilla

chopped apple

rolled gluten-free oats
no need to cook these

hemp seeds
Instructions
Soak raw cashew nuts at least 20 minutes or up to 1 hour and strain
Combine cashews, milk and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth (cashew cream)
Layer ingredients in the glasses you like to use for parfaits (or use a small glass): a dollop of cashew cream, spoonful of chopped apple
Garnish with oats and hemp seeds
