Important details regarding your blood draw:
Cell Science Systems offers two convenient options for your blood draw:
- Cell Science Systems contracts nationwide with Any Lab Test for the ALCAT test for the blood draw. Please visit the Any Lab Test main company website HERE and enter your zip code for the nearest facility in your area. Although an appointment is not necessary with most walk-in lab facilities, we do recommend that you call ahead of time to be sure. Any Lab Test will collect a small fee for your blood draw to cover the phlebotomist's time, blood draw supplies, and for the handling of your return blood draw specimen to the Cell Science Systems laboratory.
- If there isn't an Any Lab Test facility in your area, Cell Science will arrange for a mobile blood draw lab to come to your home. The fee for the mobile lab unit is $50.
Additional Comments:
Fasting is not required for the ALCAT test.
Do not have your blood drawn on or a Friday. We recommend that you arrange to have your blood drawn on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday
