If you’ve been on Pinterest or Instagram for any amount of time, you’ve probably seen a decent number
of green smoothie pictures floating around.
Why is that?

It’s because they’re so good for you!

If you have Hashimoto’s or any other autoimmune condition, nutrient deficiencies and constipation can be common issues.

Green smoothies are extremely nutrient dense and easy to absorb.  They’re also a great way to get fiber, vitamins, and minerals – all served up in one glass that you
can take on the go.


Smoothies are:
