Curry Chicken Salad

Curry is a popular spice that has a number of valuable health benefits, including the prevention of cancer, protection, against heart disease, reduces the risks for Alzheimer’s disease, eases pain & inflammation, boosts bone health, protects the immune system from bacterial infections, and increases the liver’s ability to remove toxins from the body.  It’s a power house of health when it comes to thyroid health and it’s great for calming inflammation. I use curry every chance I get but I particularly love it in my Curry-Chicken Salad.  This is one of the most requested dishes I make!
