Wild Tangy & Tart Salmon Detox Salad


This salmon detox salad recipe uses sustainably-caught wild salmon and fresh ingredients that are not only safe and good for thyroid health and metabolism but are also detox and cleanse friendly.  This salad recipe is one of the easiest and quickest to prepare I’ve ever done and the mix of tart and tangy tastes is so refreshing!  

Wild salmon is rich in essential fatty acids which help with inflammation and are recommended for cardiovascular health, anti-aging, weight management and healthy skin.

Tangy & Tart Salmon Detox Salad

  • 1 can sustainably-caught wild salmon drained
  • 1/2 celery diced
  • 1/4 cucumber diced
  • 1/2 green apple diced
  • 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds organic
  • 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
  • Butter lettuce or other greens


  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve on a bed of your favorite greens or in a lettuce wrap.
