Ingredients
  • 1 butter lettuce or collard green leaf
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon basil chopped
  • 1 egg scrambled
  • Small handful spinach
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Smear lettuce or collard leaf with avocado
  2. Sprinkle with chopped basil, salt & pepper
  3. Add the scrambled egg and spinach
  4. Fold in half to make a wrap
  5. Enjoy!
